Representative Darby has passed substantial increases in the state's commitment to border security and voted to prohibit any Texas official ignoring a lawful immigration order. If the federal government continues to not get the job done, Texas must protect its borders from violent drug and human traffickers. Drew has also championed the Border Prosecution Unit to give additional tools to prosecutors to put away the bad guys and breakup their criminal enterprises.
